Yes — our target is a free-to-learn platform, funded by donors and sponsors.

When will prototype be ready?

As soon as the first $25,000 milestone is funded, we begin immediate work on the clickable prototype and share progress updates.

How will funds be used?

Funds go to product design & engineering, content production, infrastructure, QA/testing, and learner support. We publish milestone reports and budgets.

Is my contribution tax-deductible?

Depending on your chosen structure (e.g., 501(c)(3)/(c)(4) or PAC), deductibility varies. We will notify donors of the appropriate status once finalized.

With experience in business, community engagement, and political organization, Joseph saw a growing need to better prepare everyday Americans who believe in conservative values to take an active role in shaping their communities and the future of the Republican Party.

TrainGOP was co-founded by Matthew Juliano, who serves as a driving force behind building the platform’s core systems and developing its structured training programs. Matt brings a hands-on, technical approach to designing the architecture, workflows, and user experience that power the platform. He works directly on shaping the curriculum framework, ensuring that every module is practical, clear, and aligned with the real operational needs of individuals preparing to run for public office.
